1. Introduction
LeadsCaller ("we", "us", "our") operates an AI-powered outbound calling platform. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect information when you use our Service. By using LeadsCaller, you consent to the practices described in this policy.
2. Information We Collect
2.1 Account Information
When you register, we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials. If you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect billing information through our third-party payment processor.
2.2 Lead Data You Upload
You may upload contact lists containing names, phone numbers, email addresses, company names, and other information about your leads. You are the data controller for this information. We process it solely on your behalf as a data processor to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your lead data for any purpose other than delivering the Service to you.
2.3 Call Data
When calls are placed through the Service, we collect call metadata (duration, timestamps, call outcomes), call recordings (if enabled by you), and AI-generated transcripts. This data is associated with your account and the relevant campaign.
2.4 Usage Data
We automatically collect information about how you interact with the platform, including pages visited, features used, browser type, IP address, and device information. We use analytics tools to understand usage patterns and improve the Service.
3. How We Use Your Information
- To provide, operate, and maintain the Service, including placing calls through your AI agents.
- To process your lead data and execute calling campaigns as configured by you.
- To generate call transcripts, analytics, and reports for your account.
- To communicate with you about your account, billing, and service updates.
- To improve the Service, fix bugs, and develop new features.
- To ensure compliance with our Terms of Service and prevent abuse.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Your Responsibility for Lead Data and AI Content
As the user uploading lead data and configuring AI agents, you bear specific responsibilities:
- You are responsible for ensuring you have lawful grounds to process the personal data of leads you upload, including obtaining any required consents.
- You are responsible for informing your leads about how their data will be used, including that they may receive AI-generated calls.
- You are responsible for all content spoken by AI agents during calls. AI-generated speech is produced based on your scripts and configuration and may contain inaccuracies or unintended statements.
- You must comply with all applicable data protection laws (GDPR, CCPA, and others) with respect to the lead data you process through our Service.
- You must promptly honor data subject requests (access, deletion, correction) for leads in your account.
LeadsCaller acts as a data processor on your behalf and is not responsible for the lawfulness of your data collection practices or the accuracy of AI-generated call content.
5. Data Sharing
We may share information with:
- Service providers: Third-party vendors that help us deliver the Service, such as cloud hosting, telephony (e.g., Twilio), payment processing, and analytics providers. These providers are bound by contractual obligations to protect your data.
- Legal requirements: When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request.
- Business transfers: In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
We do not sell your personal data or your lead data to third parties.
6. Data Retention
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. Call recordings and transcripts are retained according to your account settings. Lead data is retained until you delete it or close your account. After account closure, we will delete your data within 90 days, except where retention is required by law.
7. Data Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and regular security assessments. However, no system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

11. Children's Privacy
